Dear friends of St Ronan's on behalf of the staff, Governors and Pupils could I extend a very warm welcome to the official website of St Ronan's Primary school.
As a Catholic school St Ronan's is committed to providing experiences which will develop Christian values in all our pupils. It is our aim to ensure that all children are provided with the values, skills, knowledge and abilities that will develop them not only academically but physically, socially and morally. It is our hope and desire that when all children leave us they are equipped to deal with the challenges and experiences they will meet in the years ahead armed with the message of Christ who is at the centre of our existence as a Catholic school.
St Ronan's has now established itself from those early days of 1994 as a caring educational community placing strong emphasis on the very close links between the school, home and community. The valuable role which parents play in assisting the work which takes place in school underpins the ideals which we are continually striving to achieve and which are enshrined in our school aims.
As you browse through the various sections of this website I hope you enjoy what you find and hopefully get a sense of what our school is about and how we try to shape the citizens of tomorrow. My thanks go to all who contributed to the formation of this website which is a tremendous addition to our school.
